Toronto is a melting pot of cultures and cuisines, and Caribbean food has been a hit here since the late '80s. When Scotty Bons popped up in 2018, we had a big dream: to take Caribbean food to a whole new level that Toronto hadn’t seen before. We wanted to craft a dining experience that’s as delicious as it is inviting—one that welcomes everyone, no matter their background, while staying true to the vibrant roots of the Caribbean.
